Overview:
Rubber Ring Films brought me on to develop key art and digital branding for Who Are the Marcuses? The creative needed to feel refined and cinematic, with strong visual clarity across streaming platforms and marketing materials. The goal was to build a system that worked just as well on thumbnails and banners as it did in full-size one-sheet form.
Responsibilities:
Creative Direction & Design: I designed the title lockup using a striking serif typeface to reflect the tone and weight of the story, ensuring it held up across digital and print formats. I explored several layout options and poster directions for both vertical and horizontal use.
Client Collaboration & Revisions: I worked closely with the team at Rubber Ring Films through multiple feedback rounds, aligning the creative with the narrative goals while navigating platform-specific constraints.
Streaming & Social Deliverables: I produced a full suite of assets, including 9:16 and 16:9 key art, streaming platform thumbnails, and social graphics. Each piece was built with consistency and readability in mind.
Outcome:
The final creative delivered a clean, cinematic identity across all platforms. The client was happy with how the title lockup and supporting visuals held together as a cohesive campaign across streaming, social, and promotional formats.
