Overview
I was commissioned by Rubber Ring Films, a film production company known for award-winning documentaries and feature films, to lead a complete rebrand. The goal was to create a bold, modern identity that reflected their cinematic vision while providing a flexible system for digital, print, and on-set applications.
Responsibilities
Visual Identity Development — Designed a new logo system with primary and secondary lockups, refined typography, and a distinctive orange accent color that became a signature brand element.
Brand Guidelines — Produced a comprehensive brand bible detailing logo usage, color palette, typography, and visual language, ensuring consistency across all platforms and productions.
Business & Communication Assets — Created business cards, email signatures, and logo variations for press kits, promotional materials, and on-set branding.
Website Design & Development — Designed and built a fully redesigned website with custom coding, interactive elements, and hidden Easter eggs, delivering a sleek, engaging showcase for their film portfolio and news.
Outcome
The rebrand gave Rubber Ring Films a cohesive, high-impact identity adopted across all facets of their business. The updated visual system elevated their presence in the film industry and public-facing channels, with the website seeing a 38% increase in traffic within the first three months post-launch. The new identity reflects the quality of their productions while positioning them for continued growth and recognition in the global film landscape.
